  • EPBC referral update

    In accordance with section 95B(2) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (EPBC Act), ARRC Organics Pty Ltd is publishing the updated Preliminary Documentation in relation to the referral – EPBC 2024/09778 – for the Advanced Resource Recovery Centre (ARRC), Stapylton, Queensland (the proposed action).

  • Planning milestone reached for ARRC precinct

    Council has endorsed the Local Government Infrastructure Designation (LGID) for the ARRC precinct at Stapylton following an extensive assessment process.
